Hey guys, I tweeted a few days ago stating that I have been having body pains recently, which made me miss blogging for a couple of days, well this will explain it all. I and the hubby have been working out lately at the gym and trying to eat healthy because when it comes to food, we eat mostly the wrong things "drooling". It's not our fault that they taste so good.
We decided to start this journey because we want to be more fit, cleans our system and try to add a little healthiness to our diet.
I'm sure some of you can agree and understand my struggle with eating healthy. I am not really much of a fruit person as much as my husband is, so in order for me to corporate well I try to mix different fruits. It makes it look colorful and attractive for me to eat it with so much joy.
I love drinking natural fruit smoothies though, especially when its mango smoothie!! but now I have been mixing different fruits just for different tastes and excitement. I get bored easily for things I'm not too used too or love, so switching it makes it more desirable.
In the smoothie: Pineapple, strawberry and Kiwi
Salad: Lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, sardine and Syria bread (the bread is empty plsss)
Our trainer has been drilling us like a piece of meat, it's not been funny. I have missed 2 days now, cos my body needs to recover.
